The firm started out in 1996 as Hill and Barnes, LLC and was established by Kathi Hill and Zoa Barnes.
We opened our first office in the historical town of Westminster, Maryland, located in central Carroll County, within walking distance of the Carroll County court houses.
In 2012, Eileen McInerney, became a partner and we changed our name to Hill, Barnes & McInerney, LLC.
Together we have more than 50 years of legal and trial experience.
