After 5-1/2 years as a prosecutor who tried over 70 jury trials involving basic misdemeanors up to sex offenses and murder, Cyndi elected to open her own practice focusing in the areas of adult and juvenile criminal defense. For over 15 years, Cyndi has found great satisfaction in representing adults and children accused of criminal offenses. Because each case is unique, all cases are personally handled by Cyndi.
This allows her to tailor her representation to the individual needs of each case. Her experience as a prosecutor was not limited solely to the prosecution of adult offenders. Cyndi also spent part of her career in the D.A.'s Office prosecuting juveniles who were accused of felony and misdemeanor crimes. Her time in the D.A.'s Office has given her invaluable insight into the prosecution of the cases against her clients.
