Services
Our expertise in the insurance industry stretches back farther than the firm itself.
Before MRR was established in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1980, our three founding partners - Tom Mazanec, Todd Raskin and Ed Ryder - worked as insurance claims professionals.
They brought that knowledge and industry experience to MRR, providing uncompromising legal representation to insurers and their insureds, the business community, and public entities.
As MRR has grown, the firm has remained true to its Midwestern roots and committed to focused personal attention.
MRR attorneys are honored to be leaders and members in the following distinguished organizations.
These memberships not only serve as resources to us, but also as legal resources and added value that we proudly provide to our clients.
The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) was created in 1958 with the hopes of preserving the United States Constitution's Seventh Amendment guarantee; the right to trial by jury.
There are more than 6,300 lawyers and judges spread among 93 Chapters in all 50 States and the District of Columbia.
Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder (MRR) provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
At MRR, we comply with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which the firm has facilities.
