Divorce is a difficult process. However, it is a single event within your life and not the sole event that defines it. While it is often easy to become mired in a difficult event such as a divorce, it is important to realize that difficulties bring tremendous opportunities for growth, change and new beginnings. Your divorce and family conflicts are only chapters in your life, but at Nicole L. Goetz, P.L., they are our full-time business.
We encourage our clients to see opportunities in the process and stay focused-not merely on the present-but on the future. Our attorneys help each client keep that focus by actively pursuing creative resolutions that allow them to have greater control of the outcome, to keep their costs down and to move forward more quickly with their futures.
These resolutions include non-litigation alternatives such as mediation, negotiated settlements and participation in the collaborative law process, to attempt a quicker and more private conclusion to difficult family issues.
