Mr. Simmons currently serves on the Board of Directors of Enerpac Tool Group, a public (NYSE: EPAC) diversified industrial company founded in 1910 serving customers from operations in more than 30 countries.
He also has a long history of volunteer service to various national and local organizations.
He served as Chairman of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops National Advisory Council, Chairman of St. Vincent's Healthcare System, and Chairman of the Emergency Services and Homeless Coalition of North Florida.
