We also domesticate foreign judgments against debtors with assets in Arizona. Our lawyers work with individuals and families to develop comprehensive estate plans, which often include Wills, Trusts, and medical directives.

We also assist our clients in all types of probate matters, from helping with estate administration to protecting the rights of heirs and creditors.
Services
I have been practicing law in Arizona since 1988.
I was born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania, attended the Pennsylvania State University; and obtained my undergraduate degree at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks.
I earned my law degree, cum laude, from the Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane Washington.
I worked in law firms and as a sole practitioner.
I have represented private and public corporations, individual creditors and debtors, government agencies, local, regional and national financial institutions.
Our attorneys are experienced litigating a wide variety of legal issues.
We have the experience to take cases through trial, including jury trials, but we also have the business sense to know that litigating a case through trial is not always the best option.
Our attorneys handle all types of litigation, including contract disputes, business disputes, and personal injury matters.
We seek to educate our clients on the risks and costs of engaging in litigation.
Once the decision to litigate is made, it is imperative to create a well-reasoned strategy before engaging in litigation.
Our attorneys are experienced with a wide variety of creditors' issues.
We represent creditors in pre-litigation negotiation, litigation, post-judgment collection, and bankruptcy.
Our attorneys represent business and individual creditors, to help them attempt to recover debt.
This includes litigation to obtain judgments, utilizing proprietary tools and the court system to collect judgments, and navigating bankruptcy cases to try to protect our clients' interests.
Our experience with creditors' rights includes garnishment, replevin, forcible detainer, property foreclosure, lien foreclosure, receivership, deficiency litigation, automobile deficiencies, and fraudulent transfer litigation.
Our attorneys help individuals and families protect themselves with effective estate planning.
Our clients may come to us because they think they need a Will or a Trust to pass their assets at death.
These clients are often pleased to learn that a complete estate plan can also protect them in the event of disability, offer protection from creditors, minimize lawyer fees, and more.
Effective estate planning provides much more than a Will or a Trust to pass assets after death.
While some clients may find that a simple Will or Trust is sufficient, many will find greater peace of mind with a comprehensive estate plan that also plans for disability, provides protection from creditors (particularly those of your heirs), minimizes future lawyers' fees, and more.
Our attorneys help guide personal representatives, heirs, and creditors through the probate process.
Probate is often a requirement if an individual dies with or without a will.
Probate can often be avoided with effective estate planning, with a well funded trust.
When probate is required, a personal representative is appointed to administer the deceased's estate.
Arizona's probate process is unique, and is suited to benefit personal representatives and heirs in uncontested matters.
The downside of this process is that heirs and creditors must pay close attention to the process to avoid forfeiting their rights.
