Dan earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Oswego State University.
Building on his accounting experience, Dan continued his studies at Albany Law School, where he graduated cum laude in 1998, where he earned an honors concentration in the field of Estate Planning.
Dan was also a recipient of the membership in the Justinian Society and served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
