Recently, our attorneys secured a major win against Delta Dental of California.
Superior Court Judge Richard B. Ulmer, Jr. ruled that Delta Dental of California shall not request reimbursement of allegedly overpaid claims that are more than 1 year old.

It is estimated that about 500 dentists in California may have received these reimbursement requests from Delta.
Julia Goldman presented the required lecture to over 250 attendees at the Embassy Suites in Seaside for the Monterey Bay Dental Society.
