If you are injured in an accident through no fault of your own, it can be a devastating experience.
Medical bills, lost wages and painful injuries are all difficult to deal with.
Thankfully, it is an experience that most people will only deal with one or two times in their lives.
This, however, is one of the reasons the process is so stressful.
If you are convicted of more than one violation arising from the same incident you will receive points for each violation.
Speeding 10 mph or less in a posted speed zone of 55 mph or greater These points will not apply if driver has had no other moving traffic violation during the preceding three years.
If the driver enjoys this waiver, and then is convicted on another moving violation within three years, he then gets the points both from the new conviction and the waived conviction.
The first PJC received will not count as a conviction and will not affect this waiver.
Lunch will be on your own - off campus, only soft drinks and snack machines are available on campus.
You must stay for the entire class, if you have to leave early, you will have to re-schedule your class.
No late arrivals will be allowed in class after registration is complete.
If you get lost or have car problems call 910-590-6292 for directions.
The Instructor will keep his phone on until registration is complete.
All pagers and phones will be off, or on vibrate during class.
Do not bring books or other material with you to class, you will be busy.
