When her clients make the decision to terminate their involvement with the business, whether it is through a liquidation, bankruptcy reorganization, asset purchase agreement, stock purchase or another work-out alternative, Brooke will work to achieve the best possible outcome for her client's needs.
Though Neill has called the Richmond area home for many years, he grew up on the rural Eastern Shore of Virginia where everyone knows each other so how you treat people is important.
There, Neill learned that people are deserving of respect and dignity and should be treated fairly, with honesty and integrity.
He has carried these lessons with him and puts them into practice in his professional career.
Neill joined Smith, Barden & Wells, PC, in 2019 after serving the public as the Chief Magistrate of the 6th Judicial District for seven years.
