Romeo G. Lumaban graduated from Virginia Tech in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
He received his Juris Doctor in 1995 from the Widener University School of Law and returned to Virginia to continue his legal career.
Mr. Lumaban began his career as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Hampton where he prosecuted all types of felony, misdemeanor and traffic charges.
In 2002, he was promoted to Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney and led the Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court trial team.
He received his Juris Doctor in 1995 from the Widener University School of Law and returned to Virginia to continue his legal career.

Licensed in all Virginia courts, as well as the Eastern and Western United States District Courts, Mr. Ballard represents clients throughout the Commonwealth and focuses his practice on criminal defense and civil litigation.
