Elise Crosby focuses her practice on individual clients and families, and local government clients. She has been fighting to protect people injured by sexual abuse, accidents, and institutional and professional injury for more than twenty years. Elise represents clients in our family, civil, and criminal courts. She has developed expertise in government law, family law, and sex offender registry litigation, building relationships with a variety of professionals to meet her clients' needs.

Joe Crosby, Master in Equity for Georgetown County, focuses his private practice on worker's compensation, homeowners' associations, personal injury cases, social security disability, and family law. He has more than twenty years of experience advocating for clients in contested divorces, working for children in family court, and in securing compensation for injury, and social security and workers' compensation benefits for his clients.

She has been a practicing trial attorney since 1994, and is a veteran prosecutor, having prosecuted felonies in Charleston and Georgetown Counties, last serving as the Deputy Solicitor for Georgetown.
Elise began her private practice with Bell Legal Group, representing plaintiffs injured by childrens' homes, camps, hospitals, and nursing homes.
