I earned my J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1978 and founded my firm in 1986. My focus from the start has always been defending the accused. It is my belief that everyone deserves a fair chance to move forward, and I do everything in my power to advocate for the best possible outcome for my clients. With over 40 years of legal experience and a Criminal Trial Attorney Certification from the Supreme Court of New Jersey, I am prepared to take on even the toughest criminal charges.
I have tried hundreds of trials and have helped countless clients move forward. Trust me to advocate for you. A criminal charge, from drunk driving to murder, can have serious consequences. Almost every aspect of your life, from your employment status and financial stability to your personal relationships and reputation can be negatively impacted by the accusation of a crime.
When you are facing charges, don't wait to take action. Contact me as soon as possible to set up a consultation. As a seasoned criminal defense attorney, I know my way around a courtroom.

This practice is dedicated to defending those wrongly accused of a crime, protecting their freedom, and securing their acquittal.
For those who have unfortunately made a mistake, we are here to secure a second chance.
For immigrants, this may mean reducing a charge that is an aggravated felony under the immigration laws to something that is not.

I am Certified as a Criminal Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
The difference between a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney and a criminal trial attorney is the process we go through to make sure that we know what we are doing.
First, we must have 10 or more criminal trials through verdict completed.
We must submit recommendations from 3 prosecutors that opposed us and 3 judges that presided over those trials.
This information is submitted to a Board whose members are very experienced and certified criminal trial attorneys, both as to law and ethics.
