The law firm of Roscha Law, Inc., a Professional Legal Corporation is committed to providing the highest level of quality, efficiency, and value in the practice of law. We provide sound legal advice and representation in a wide variety of real estate, business and litigation matters. Our philosophy is to provide superior representation without unnecessary layers of bureaucracy and billing.
Not surprisingly, our corporate and individual clients find this approach to be an increasingly rare and desirable feature in a law firm. We provide the same level of service we would expect if we were the clients - we value our clients' time and resources, and when they call, we answer.
Unlike many firms in today's market whose only regular communication with their clients comes in the form of an invoice, we provide our clients with frequent updates on the status of their matters and are directly available to answer their questions. We work for our clients, not the other way around. We invite you to learn more about us, our practice areas, our list of representative accomplishments, and to contact us directly if you have any questions or would like to schedule a consultation.

Our goal is to provide first class counsel to our clients so that they successfully complete their transactions and are best situated to avoid litigation.
However, because you can never entirely prevent the filing of frivolous lawsuits or fully anticipate the actions of other parties, if litigation does arise, we strive to provide counsel to our clients so that they are in the best position possible to quickly and efficiently dispose of any litigation in a cost effective manner.
We are experienced litigators and have years of experience in a wide array of litigation matters, from straightforward civil actions through complex, multi-party litigation.
