Stephen Leitner began his career as an attorney after graduating from New York Law School, J.D. and thereafter New York University Law School with a Master of Law, L.L.M.
After serving as house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company he became a partner with O'Brien, Brett, Martin & Leitner.
After leaving New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company as staff counsel, Mr. Tort has focused his practice on the defense of Workers' Compensation claims representing self-insureds, third party administrators, major insurance carriers and municipal, county and state entities.
After serving as house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company he became a partner with O'Brien, Brett, Martin & Leitner.

Mr. Brause is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.
The early part of his career included a substantial emphasis on criminal defense, civil litigation and real estate.
Mr. Brause handled numerous criminal matters and tried nearly 40 indictable cases to verdict.
He previously served as a municipal public defender and prosecutor for the Township of Scotch Plains.
Mr. Brause is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.
