Although My Attorney L.A. is located in Whittier, California, we believe The Aloha Spirit is a perfect fit for the sensitive nature of Estate Planning, and we weave this ancient philosophy into our relationships with our clients, aiming to create a harmonious partnership by focusing on the personal and human element of estate preparation, and provide guidance on the long, winding road of probate.

You will find a relaxed, family-like, environment, as we counsel you through the emotional nature of wills, trusts, medical directives, financial care for special needs children, the court-supervised probate process, and more.

Our goal is to provide stability in the time of loss in a trusting setting, to breakdown complex matters as you prepare your estate for your beneficiaries, to advise you in ways to provide for yourself in your final years, or if you were to suffer a mental or physical disability, while helping you understand how the law can be applied to protect your legacy, or how you want your small business to continue, all the while ensuring your wishes are carried out when you are gone, but mostly to give you peace of mind.

Estate planning secures your family, preserves your legacy, and makes sure your own personal community is taken care of.
Mostly, estate planning provides peace of mind.
Estate planning isn't only for the wealthy.
Without an estate plan, there could be a lifelong impact on your loved ones, even if you don't have an expensive home or a large investment portfolio.
Estate planning prevents your assets from ending up with unintended beneficiaries, protects families with young children until they are 18, or children with special needs for a lifetime.
