James Joseph has been a founding Partner in Joseph, Terracciano & Lynam, LLP since its inception in 1994.
Mr. Joseph's practice areas include a wide variety of commercial and general litigation, commercial transactions, corporate governance and contracts.
Complementing these practice areas, Mr. Joseph also has significant experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing and financing.
Mr. Joseph received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from New York University School of Business and Public Administration in 1988, and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1991.
Janine T. Lynam is a named Partner in the Firm.
Ms. Lynam has been with the Firm since 1996.
She started with the Firm as a paralegal, heading up the real estate and litigation departments for ten years.
While working full time with the Firm, Ms. Lynam attended evening classes at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she admirably received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude in 2005.
Ms. Lynam was admitted to the New York State Bar in March of 2006.
Prior thereto, Ms. Lynam received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hofstra University in 2001.
Counsel to the Firm is Seth A. Eschen, Esq.
Mr. Eschen graduated from Harper College at the State University of New York, Binghamton in 1978, with a Bachelor of Science in Geology.
Thereafter, in 1981 he graduated from Vermont Law School receiving his Juris Doctor degree in Environmental Law, and was later admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Eschen worked as a legal intern for Green Mountain National Forrest.
In 1982, he joined the firm of Eschen & Eschen and became a partner in 1985.
Stephanie Aufiero has been with the Firm since 2000.
Mrs. Aufiero administrates over the Firm's real estate department.
Our Clients and our attorneys warmly know Mrs. Aufiero as the "go to" person for all coordinated matters involving real estate.
She is both knowledgeable and personable, and is always instrumental in simplifying the real estate transaction process.
Mrs. Aufiero has over a decade of experience in assisting with both commercial and residential closings, refinancing and leasing.

Mary Oles assists with the administration of the general business affairs of the Firm.
