Edward has retired after over 50 years of practicing law.
He spent his entire career in Genesee County, working first as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and later, in 1967, as City Attorney for the City of Flushing.
Edward co-founded Henneke, Fraim & Dawes, P.C. in 1969 and over the years mentored many talented attorneys with a diversified set of skills and practice areas.
Edward is known for his extensive experience and expertise in insurance defense, estate planning, and probate, and received various awards throughout his distinguished career, including the Genesee County Bar Association Case Evaluator of the Year in 2006 and the Pro Bono Award of the Year in 2008.
He spent his entire career in Genesee County, working first as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and later, in 1967, as City Attorney for the City of Flushing.

His clients are located throughout Michigan and across the United States, and include corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, limited partnerships, and professional associations.
