Divorce is never an easy process in a person's life.
Sometimes the decision to divorce is a mutual one between both parties to the marriage, and sometimes only one person decides to pursue a divorce.
In Maryland, a divorce may be obtained by sought by one party to the marriage or both if the proper filings are made within the Court System and legal grounds for the divorce are determined to exist by a Judge.
Absolute Divorce in Maryland is the formal and final legal ending of a marriage.
After a Judge makes a ruling of an Absolute Divorce, the parties are no longer married.
