He graduated from Meadville Area Senior High School in 1985.
He graduated magna cum laude from Grove City College in 1989 with a dual major in History and Political Science and a minor in Economics.
Ed then graduated from Akron University Law School in 1992.
After graduating from law school, Ed moved back to his hometown of Meadville.
He subsequently passed the Pennsylvania Bar Examination and has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 1993.
