During that time, Joe received concentrated training through the NC Department of Health and Human Services on the Intox EC/IR II (Intoximeter) and DWI Detection & Standardization Field Sobriety Testing as promulgated by the National Highway Transportation Administration (NHTSA).

She also has extensive experience as a Cardiac Nurse at the Carolina East Heart Center.
As an ALE Agent, Natalie was vested with the most expansive subject matter and territorial jurisdiction of any sworn state or local law enforcement officer in North Carolina.

Coletta was born and raised in Beaufort, NC.
She is local to the area and graduated from East Carteret High School in 2014.
She received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Technology from Carteret Community College in 2018 and received NC State Bar Certified Paralegal certification shortly thereafter.
She is now pursing her Bachelors' Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice at UNC Pembroke, with plans to graduate at the end of 2021.
