Charles Gandy is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
In order to obtain these designations, you have to have had numerous experience trying cases, jury trials and non-jury trials, and be recommended by other lawyers that you have tried cases against, along with any Judges you have appeared before.

Mr. Searcy now has a designation "Of Counsel" with the firm and still practices in the area of wills, real estate and contracts.
