Richard B. Eismann graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law and was admitted to the Oregon State Bar and Idaho State Bar in 1949.
That same year, he opened his law office in Homedale, Idaho.
In 1985, Mr. Eismann moved his law practice to Nampa, Idaho and founded what is now Eismann Law Offices.
Mr. Eismann's specialty areas include Estate Planning and Real Estate Law.
Since the beginning of his career in law, Richard's goal has always been to help people who are in trying times.
He has earned a reputation for being hard working and well prepared.
That same year, he opened his law office in Homedale, Idaho.

Debra received both her undergraduate degree and her law degree from the University of Idaho.
During law school, Debra was a member of Idaho Law Review and her article on subject matter jurisdiction in child custody cases was published.
Debra was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 1990.
After graduating, Debra joined Eismann Law Offices where Debra followed in her father's footsteps.

He later graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law and was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2011.
He continued in his family's tradition by joining Eismann Law Offices that same year.
Mr. Martinat's areas of expertise include Criminal Law, Family Law, and Civil Litigation.
He has gained many different experiences in his career, including leading jury trials, arguing in front of the Idaho Supreme Court, and arguing in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He later graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law and was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2011.
He continued in his family's tradition by joining Eismann Law Offices that same year.
