We represented Steve Launspach, Jason Germaine, AJ Becker, Ryan Becker and Pete Ludwig, and their entity Offshore Enterprises, LLC, in the acquisition of a beautiful 45 acres on the Mississippi River in Bellevue, Iowa.
The property as acquired includes a hotel, event center, campground sites and a bar/restaurant.
This acquisition included interesting title issues related to access to the Mississippi River and ownership related to such access.
In addition, we continue to represent the developers in an innovative public/private partnership with the city of Bellevue in the potential development of an aquatics center to be used by both guests of the Offshore development and citizens of the city.
