From contract drafting to explaining what all that legal gobbledygook in your home purchase contract means, Aaron LLLC can assist you with real estate and business transactional matters. By "transactional" we mean that we don't put on suits and ties and go to court for you. Instead, we wear shorts and slippers and specialize in making deals - transactions - happen.

NOTE: Due to demands on our schedule, we are not taking new business clients at this time. We are taking only a limited number of real estate clients. Thank you for your understanding.
Services
Aaron LLLC is a real estate and business transactional law firm practicing in Hawaii and Colorado, owned and operated by Luke Korkowski and based on the island of Oahu.
As a transactional attorney, Luke reads and writes those long and important documents that make deals happen.
Additionally, he negotiates on behalf of his clients, guides strategic decision-making, and mitigates risk.
In addition to being a practicing attorney, Luke is a REALTOR operating his own brokerage Square Feet Hawaii, a business consultant, and a small business investor.
Sometimes one or both parties to a real property transaction work without a real estate agent.
In such cases, most people need legal representation.
We are pleased to offer the full scope of services needed to complete the purchase or sale for predictable flat fees.
For those who prefer an hourly billing arrangement, we can do that at a rate of $300 per hour.
If you have any questions, you're welcome to call attorney Luke Korkowski at 808-492-0590.
Draft, review, or revise license or encroachment agreements required to consummate the transaction.
Hiring a lawyer is hard enough without having to worry about spending money before you even know whether you've found the right fit.
If things are jiving and it feels right, we will have you sign a legal services agreement that will spell out the particulars.
Almost all of our work is done on an hourly basis, but every now and then we may perform some items for flat fees.
Of course, we will make sure to discuss these things with you ahead of time.
We always provide detailed invoices with specific descriptions of the work performed for you and when.
A. We get it.
We don't like hiring attorneys either.
That's why you can give us a call to chat about your situation at no charge for up to half an hour to see whether there's a fit for us to be working together.
You're not going to be billed until you sign a contract saying so.
A. Transactional attorneys draft documents, interpret documents, negotiate contracts, mitigate risk, provide strategic advice, and just generally do all those lawyer things that occur outside the courtroom.
A good transactional attorney pays close attention to detail and focuses less on how to win litigation than on how to keep lawsuits from happening in the first place.
