18 USCS 922(g) is a federal statute precluding citizens from possessing or having a gun. It bars possession of firearms and handguns if you are convicted of a misdemeanor or felony domestic violence crime. Simple possession of a firearm or handgun will land you in the Federal Bureau of Prisons if you have EVER been convicted of a Domestic Violence Misdemeanor.

Domestic abuse is almost anything you can think of that mentally, emotionally or physically hurts another. It is really meant for the person who is trapped and being held hopeless by another, aka, real mental hurt or torture. The federal government spearheaded this a while back with main focus of women being trapped in prostitution in foreign countries, isolated from those who can communicate with these individuals.

Emminence Criminal Lawyer, Henry County Criminal Attorney and Oldham County Criminal Defense Attorney in Kentucky. Stealing from an enclosed building or covered area on the property of someone else is Burglary, a step up from Criminal Trespass.

Methamphetamine specific laws were just too late.
Pill control was crucial in stopping the manufacturing of methamphetamine, but now it simply comes in from Mexico, unfettered and in a pure amount.
Every client of mine says that in 2017 methamphetamine is only 20% or less of what it cost in 2015.
Be aware of these laws.
Take a look at Uncle Festers "Secret of Methamphetamine Manufacture."
This book was alleged to have always been found in the "meth cook" area.
If you read into this book and it doesn't have to be very far, you will realize how complicated the science is in regards to making the drug.
So, here is a phenomena.
The marijuana trials are hard to win.
You can't keep the jury on board during selection, or voir dire.
Oddly, during voir dire in a larger amount of weight case in Jefferson County, Louisville the jury would not stop talking about marijuana.
Two fireman and an EMS worker were on the original 45 and they stated to the prosecutor that they could not find someone guilty of a charge relating to marijuana.
In my voir dire I tried to rehabilitate the witnesses and it got worse.
They are interesting cases to try.
I have had 4 murder trials.
One was a capital murder, death qualified, my client was acquitted and everyone else plead.
Two cases they were found guilty of Manslaughter in the Second Degree, and a Robbery was dismissed.
The murder trial is an unusual circumstance in that in each trial I was moving for acquittal, not a lessor included.
It is just how it is.
However, if they convict on murder they are telling you they do not believe YOU.
A chart below the definitions here is fantastic in representing the mental state that corresponds to the homicide or degree, thereof.

If cited by the Script Unit then don't feel alone.
Seldom are citizens arrest ed unless your attitude is poor and you insist on not cooperating.
Robbery, or forceful theft, is punished right up there with some homicides, rapes and kidnapping.
10 to 20 years at 85% makes it an unsavory charge.
Berry and Merriweather.
Merriweather was an alleged car jacking where shots were fired into the vehicle.
Officers fell in behind whoever did it and we know the nephew did because he was caught trying to run from the getaway car.
The driver got away.
His nephew took 12 years on a Robbery First Degree and he testified at trial against his uncle.
The following definition applies in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: "Physical force" means force used upon or directed toward the body of another person.
