The attorneys of Badham & Buck compete in a high-stakes arena. We work on complex cases involving millions of dollars. We have a history and tradition of successfully prosecuting and defending claims involving difficult legal issues and challenging facts. All of our partners practiced and trained at large corporate defense firms. With that background, we joined forces with the goal of becoming the preeminent small law firm for businesses and individuals seeking sophisticated representation designed to win cases.
We represent plaintiffs and defendants. We believe doing so makes us better lawyers. Our small size allows us to be selective about our cases and our clients. We do not accept a representation unless we believe in our client. We leverage technology to provide the same service as large firms, but we do so personally and efficiently. We have the ability to structure a fee arrangement that aligns our interests with our clients' interests.
While we are proud of our successful record and the reputation we have built since starting the firm in 2008, we recognize that it is the next case, the next trial, the next hearing, or the next deposition that will define us.

Many lawsuits fall under this heading.
