I retained Christopher M. Galeta P.A. to serve as personal counsel to represent our family LLC involving the unfortunate death of a young man.
Although we did not believe there was any liability on behalf of our LLC, Mr. Galeta worked closely with our insurance company, insurance appointed law firm, and the attorney for the plaintiff.
I firmly believe that the actions taken by Mr. Galeta brought a quick and cost efficient resolution to this considerable claim that could have dragged through the legal system for years.

Many of you know that our son and Kersten's brother, Robert Borger, is 1st Lieutenant aviator and pilot in the Army National Guard currently deployed in the Middle East.
His battalion (over 300 members) is an aviation unit out of Jacksonville, Fl. and provides support and transport of troops and supplies.
The troops left in July and will be returning home in April.
While deployed they typically work 12 hours on and 12 hours off.
They do have access to a gym and a PX (Robert said it is not very good) but that is about it.
