Services
The potential charges and punishments vary greatly if you or a loved one has been arrested for possessing or selling narcotics in Texas.
The charges can range from a Class C ticket all the way up to a first-degree felony.
People can face serious narcotics charges with severe punishments upon a conviction for offenses like possession, manufacturing and/or the intent to distribute narcotics.
Drug crimes can be more serious if the State can prove that certain conditions existed at the time of the arrest.
Very rarely do I require the full fee up-front.
Generally, my requirement is that a client will need to pay one-half of the total attorney's fees for representation to begin.
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Paypal.
I almost always recommend that you refrain from talking with law enforcement about an alleged crime.
Even if you are innocent, investigators are highly skilled at distorting seemingly innocent statements into something more.
Often, investigators have more information about a case than you are led to believe which can result in an easy trap against you.
An Occupational Driver's License ("ODL") is a restricted driver's license.
Generally, ODLs will allow you to drive to work, school, attend doctors' appointments, go to the grocery store and attend church.
Each ODL will have certain restrictions.
Some ODLs will require your vehicle to have an ignition interlock device.
Other restrictions may limit the hours you can drive.
The restrictions will vary on a case by case basis.
ODLs are issued by Texas Judges.
First, you file a petition for ODL in your county of residence.
