His specialties include real estate law, estate planning and trust administration, and business law. Dale received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ohio University in 1999, and went on to obtain his JD in 2002 from Capital University Law School.

Dale Seif grew up in Waverly and returned home to southern Ohio after obtaining a business degree from Ohio University with a finance concentration and Capital University Law School.
He has a broad range of legal experience and a great team of legal resources to provide you the most protection, best result, and with the focus on a prompt resolution.
His areas of specialty include complex litigation for business disputes, wrongful death or serious injuries, trust and estate administration, estate and business planning, commercial real property, and municipal law.
The Collections / General Paralegal will work approximately 50% in the area of collections and approximately 50% in the general civil litigation practice of our firm.
Under the direction of the Collections Manager, the paralegal will assist in coordinating the pre-litigation collection functions of our firm and use a variety of collection techniques to secure payment on a high volume of accounts.
Under the direction of attorneys within the firm, the paralegal will work on a variety of tasks that may include drafting documents, meeting with clients, maintaining accounts, and other possible administrative tasks.
