He tried tax cases throughout the Southeast from 1971 until 1976.
He left the Justice Department in 1976 to enter private practice in Florida, where he developed a strong and diverse practice encompassing wills, trusts, estate and trust administration, taxation, corporate law, business law, and litigation in these areas.
