Services
Lieberman, Ryan & Forrest, L.L.C., was established in 1983 by Marvin Lieberman and Tom Ryan.
Mr. Ryan has passed away, but his influence lives on in our firm's commitment to personal service and legal excellence.
Our entire professional staff remains dedicated to helping clients with matters related to personal injury claims, obtaining workers' compensation benefits and Social Security Disability Appeals.
The attorneys at Lieberman, Ryan & Forrest are highly skilled professionals with experience in all areas of personal injury, workers' compensation and Social Security Disability law.
Mr. Lieberman entered Lafayette College in 1951 as a "Ford Foundation Scholar" at the age of 16, skipping his senior year at Somerville High School.
Upon graduation from Lafayette with the rank of "Distinction" in his major field of study he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he served for over three years.
He graduated from the Rutgers School of Law in 1962 and, after serving the then required clerkship, was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1963.
In 1971, having been an associate and then a partner in the Perth Amboy law firm of "Levinson, Conover, Lieberman and Fink" (now Levinson Axelrod) he opened his own practice in Hillsborough Township, continuing to specialize in the representation of those who had been injured or disabled.
If you or a family member has been in an accident or has been injured as the result of someone else's negligence, it is in your best interests to seek help from a skilled lawyer.
Since 1983, our seasoned attorneys have been helping people receive compensation for their injuries.
We can skillfully handle all aspects of your case, including working with the insurance companies on your behalf so you can focus on medical recovery or rehabilitation.
To protect your rights, talk to one of our lawyers before you sign anything or make a recorded statement.
A death caused by another person's carelessness or negligence is referred to as "wrongful death."
If your family member has died under such circumstances, you may have grounds for a lawsuit against the negligent party.
A skilled lawyer can hold the negligent party accountable and help your family recover the compensation you need to meet the challenges ahead.
Wrongful death claims help families get compensation to sustain them after losing a loved one.
They also discourage those responsible from further acts of recklessness, potentially protecting another family from the unimaginable pain of losing someone so special.
At Lieberman, Ryan & Forrest, L.L.C., we handle Social Security Disability (SSD) claims and appeals for people in Somerset County, Hunterdon County and throughout New Jersey.
If the process seems complex and confusing, our attorneys are here to make it easier and less stressful.
To qualify for disability benefits, you must prove that you have been, or will be, disabled for at least 12 months.
Benefits will be based on your disability, age and work history.
No matter how real and severe your disability is, you must prove it to the Social Security Administration (SSA) before getting approved for benefits.
