In addition to his financing practice, Matt also enjoys working with individuals and companies with regards to business succession and general estate planning issues focusing particular attention on multigenerational planning for high-net worth families and situs planning to structure sales transactions and long-term investment planning.
Matt received a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio Wesleyan University, his M.B.A from the University of San Francisco's Masagung School of Management, and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco.Matt is licensed to practice law in California and Wyoming. Prior to founding RPK3 Law, Matt was an attorney at the Jackson, Wyoming office of Long Reimer Winegar Beppler LLP focusing on corporate transactions and estate planning.
