Diana began her legal career in 1996 representing the banking industry in foreclosure, bankruptcy and eviction cases for banks such as Fannie Mae, Chase, Ocwen, Fairbanks, Bank of America, PNC, HSBC, Bank One, Regions, Wilshire, Barclay, California Federal, Bank United and many others.
She then advanced on to become the lead managing attorney for one of the largest foreclosure firms in South Florida.
As lead managing attorney, Diana was responsible for overseeing more than 120 employees (attorneys and legal staff) and their filing of over 2000 foreclosure cases per year on the behalf of various banks and creditors.
