Wagner and for nearly 15 years I have been dedicated to representing individuals charged with crimes in the State of Florida ranging from all felonies such as murder, sexual battery, trafficking in illegal substances, and gun crimes to various misdemeanors, including Driving Under the Influence and theft charges.

Thereafter, she began her career in the legal field as a secretary for The Ninth Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office and later moved on to working in both the Osceola and Brevard County Clerk of Courts.
During that time, she obtained invaluable knowledge about the inner workings of the court system, the Judges and their assistants, and all the other individuals that make the legal system run in and around the courthouse.

Gabrielle graduated from Marian University, Indianapolis in May of 2018 with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Philosophy.
After completing undergrad, Gabrielle pursued a Juris Doctorate and continued her legal studies by attending law school at Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law.
Gabrielle finished graduate studies in May of 2021.
In the past three years, Gabrielle has worked as an intern at immigration law offices here in the state of Florida, and as a licensed Legal Intern by the Supreme Court of Ohio, were she helped clients in Domestic Relations matters, in and out of the courtroom.
