Frank served aboard the USS Rhode Island as well as the USS Nebraska, both of which are ballistic missile nuclear submarines, as a Sonar Technician. During his service, Mr. Dobrovolny held a Secret security clearance through the United States Department of Defense.
He was honorably discharged in 1997 having served four years. Frank would go on to graduate from Blinn College with degrees of Associate in Arts and Associate in Science. In 2002, Frank graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
