Often times, clients need a lawyer when they are dealing with intimidating or emotional life events.

The Middle District did something similar in the housing/mortgage collapse.
It doesn't mean your debt must be modified, but if it works like the mortgage loan modification process, there could be positive long awaited results.
The process will essentially allow a debtor to request to participate in a modification process with a hope of modifying a loan modification through an income-driven repayment plan.
The decision to divorce is not to be taken lightly.
The end of a marriage can have a devastating impact on your family, your finances and your children's well-being.
On the other hand, the compassionate, knowledgeable assistance of a caring family law attorney can ease your transition to your new life and with grounded legal advice to guide you through the smoothest path to permanent separation.
Mr. Bone understands not only the legal process you face but also the emotional challenges from his own personal experience.
In today's uncertain economy, many individuals, couples and families in Florida are struggling with mountains of debt.
Debt consolidation and depleting home equity can be tricky and without proper execution, often makes things worse.
When you have exhausted all other options, sometimes the best way to move forward is a "fresh start" through Chapter 7 liquidation bankruptcy.
Mr. Bone educates bankruptcy clients on "means test" eligibility issues for Chapter 7, advises them in advance of mandatory pre-bankruptcy credit counseling and customizes his representation to suit their unique, specific circumstances.
