I am a criminal defense and divorce lawyer located in Winchester, VA. My goal is to help my clients understand Virginia's complicated criminal and civil legal systems. Working closely together with my clients allows me to anticipate their needs, keep them informed of the status of their case, and make them fully aware of the potential dangers and rewards of every step of the process.

I offer affordability, experience, and customer service. Service area includes Front Royal, Luray, Winchester, Stephens City, Berryville, Leesburg, Manassas, Culpeper, Warrenton, Strasburg, Woodstock, Harrisonburg, Frederick County, Shenandoah County, Warren County, Page County, Prince William County, Clarke County and Loudoun County. My experience is varied, and includes working for a Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, a federal investigative agency, and several law firms.

This experience has allowed me to be familiar with the entire life of a case from the investigative stage to trial. I have experience dealing with a variety of criminal defense, divorce, custody and estate planning issues.

Have you been charged with a crime?
A criminal charge can have a lot of negative consequences.

However, the timeline may vary.

There are also other documents that a family needs to consider when planning for the future.
