Attorneys Title & Closing Services, LLC was formed in 2006 by Attorney Paul B. Margerie, Attorney Ronald E. Jacquart and Attorney Joseph W. Scherwenka, three of the most prominent Real Estate Attorneys in Southeastern Wisconsin.
In their private practices, they found other title companies lacked both a commitment to professionalism and superior customer service.
Taking the view of the customer, they created a company that would provide the real estate community with exactly what they felt was lacking.
We believe that the foundation of the American heritage is the allocated ownership and use of land.

Members shall issue abstracts of title or commitments/policies of title insurance only after searches, investigations, and examinations have been completed.
