Prior to founding Tomasella Law Firm, LLC, Ms. Tomasella had a solo practice in New Jersey and in New York City, specializing in matrimonial and complex business and real estate matters. Ms. Tomasella also served as Law Clerk for the United States Attorney's Office; in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Extradition Unit; and for the Honorable Ruth Pickholtz in New York Criminal Court.

Ms. Tomasella graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Arts with high honors in 1990 and from New York Law School with a Juris Doctor in 1995.
