Eric Rhein is a trial and appellate litigator with thirty-five years of experience practicing law in Southern Illinois and Federal Courts. He began his career in 1983, joining the firm of Kuehn and Rhein, and became a part-time Assistant Public Defender in 1984. In 1989, he transitioned to the St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office, where between 1989 and 2013, handling primarily felony cases, he won every jury verdict he was involved with as a prosecutor.

His firm represents clients in cases ranging from civil rights deprivation, discrimination, and First Amendment cases, to criminal cases, divorce litigation, and personal injury.
