In 2004, Shannon Elliott founded our firm. At the time, Shannon was reentering the legal profession after enjoying a year of baby bonding time. Initially, the plan was for Shannon to operate a part-time practice that would allow her the flexibility to be a stay-at-home mother. However, the demand for Shannon's assistance with real estate transactions quickly transformed her practice to full-time.
In the years that followed, Shannon was fortunate to hire some great employees, most of whom are still with the firm. Elliott Law Firm prides itself on its ability to establish and maintain good relationships with its clients. This is accomplished by creating an environment of open communications, and by providing and articulating realistic expectations.
Elliott Law Firm is comprised of four attorneys and twenty support staff members-a true team that will return phone calls and e-mails from its clients in a timely manner! Although we enjoy a favorable reputation here at Elliott Law Firm, we like to think that our core values are what set us apart from stereotypical law firms.

Services
Elliott Law Firm has handled thousands of real estate transactions, commonly referred to as "closings."
Closings can be a stressful event for the parties involved because they typically involve a purchaser's largest, financial investment.
Also, unlike cases that are litigated, closings usually happen within a relatively short period of time following the signing of a contract.
This can cause people to feel rushed and pressed for time, especially if they have to move furniture, enroll children in new schools, find a new church, learn their way around a new city, etc.
