Shortly after earning her law degree, Claribel Tejada decided to start her own law firm in January of 2004 with the intent to serve those whose rights were being violated but had no way to voice their grievances. Tejada Law Firm's five main areas of emphasis are: immigration, personal injury, divorce/family issues, and criminal law.
With a staff that is completely fluent in Spanish, she specializes in serving the Hispanic community and others who might have a limited understanding of the English language, however, she has experience working with a wide variety of clients.Claribel prides herself on being a non-pressure lawyer who does not make false promises to her clients and leaves the decision to pursue a case ultimately up to the client.

Claribel Tejada was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to Brooklyn, New York City, when she was eight years old.
Claribel came to Utah to attend Brigham Young University.
While studying at BYU she realized that she wanted to make a difference within the Latino community by providing help to those who were victims of injustice.
That is when she decided to pursue a career in law.
She has hosted radio and television programs answering questions and addressing legal issues to the Latino community.
