Bantz, Gosch & Cremer, L.L.C. originated in 1963, when Douglas W. Bantz left another firm to practice on his own. The firm quickly grew with the addition of Roger Wollman, currently a Justice on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis, and a former Chief Justice of the South Dakota Supreme Court. After concluding his active practice in 1979, Mr. Bantz remained of counsel with the firm until his death in 1983.
In 1972, Kennith Gosch joined the firm and is now the senior partner. The firm employs an office administrator, seven legal assistants/secretaries, and three additional administrative assistants.
