David B. Kosakoff, a Senior Partner of the Firm, has been providing services as a mediator for several years.
He is a member of the Construction Panel of Mediators for AAA since 2016.
He has also been appointed to the Commercial Panel of Mediators for the Nassau County Supreme Court and the Commercial Division ADR Panel for the New York County Supreme Court.
Mr. Kosakoff received training from the AAA and at the Harvard Business Institute.
K&C frequently handles appeals in both the federal and state appellate courts.
