We believe that the role of an attorney is more than just someone to handle your legal affairs, it's our job to also be an ear to listen to your problems, an educator about the legal process, and a trusted adviser. Daniel Webb has been a recognized expert in the field of family law. Your family and your property are probably some of the most important things in your life, and when the stakes get high you have to make sure that you get the right divorce, family law, child custody, or adoption lawyer.
We have dedicated our practice to helping clients understand the complex legal issues facing families today in the area of family law. Our primary office is located in historic Granbury, Texas where we serve residents of Hood County, Parker County, Johnson County, Tarrant County, and surrounding areas. Mr. Webb is Board Certified in Family Law which puts him in the top 1% of family law practitioners.
This is an achievement that only approximately 725 of the over 70,000 attorneys in Texas can boast of and requires an attorney to have achieved a significant level of trust from their peers, demonstrated a high level technical knowledge in the field of family law, and prove that the attorney has the experience in Family Law sufficient to be considered for certification.

Getting a divorce or a going through a child custody case can be an emotionally challenging time and can become extremely expensive.
In our practice we are committed to doing more than be an attorney, we focus on the well-being of the person and help our clients see the "light at the end of the tunnel!"
Many attorneys may press you to go all out, even if you don't want things to get ugly.
We believe that part of job includes helping our clients keep the costs as low as possible - and that includes both the financial costs and the emotional costs.

The term "Custody Modification" is basically a misnomer.
The things that are actually established by a final order and for which a modification is generally sought are Conservatorship, Possession of, and/or Access to a child.
Any order involving the Conservatorship, Possession of, or Access to a child is subject to modification by the court.
Because of a concept known as Continuing Jurisdiction, unless the child's residency has been changed since the order, the court that entered the prior order is the only court with jurisdiction to hear the modification.

We know that an order is only so good as everyone is following it and that sometimes the other side just doesn't think the rules apply to them.
We are experienced at dealing with the very toughest of situations and are prepared to force the other side to answer to the court for their actions.
Sometimes that means asking that they go to jail, pay YOUR attorney fees, or many other actions that can be requested.
We handle enforcements which include the following: Unpaid Child Support, Refusals and Denials of Visitation, Moving Outside the Geographic Restriction, Failures to Consult with you before major decisions, etc.
