Macri, Greenspan & Moramarco was founded 50 years ago, and the firm has been at its present location since 1987. Two of the original 3 partners, Raphael Greenspan and Eugene Moramarco, are still active in the practice. From its inception, Macri, Greenspan & Moramarco has represented a variety of individuals and business entities, mostly in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, including developers, builders, investors, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.
We represent our clients in all phases of purchase and sale transactions, financing transactions (institutional and private), and leasing transactions. Our clients include local and national custom home builders. With respect to leasing matters, we represent both landlords and tenants in shopping center lease matters, commercial office lease matters, ground lease matters and virtually all other types of property interests.
Our services also include a wide range of other business transactions from entity formation, business buy/sell transactions, preparation of shareholder, partnership and operating agreements and related matters.
