Gloria graduated from Youngstown State University in 1982, then attended Cleveland Marshall College of Law and graduated in 1985.
In 1985 Attorney Castrodale started her legal career as the litigation paralegal at the law firm of Dirnfeld & Zelner in Beverly Hills, CA. Upon her return to Ohio in 1989, she was an Ohio Assistant Attorney General in the Workers' Compensation Section.
