However, we match our clients with attorneys who will give them the legal counsel that is most appropriate for their situation. When you need someone to serve and you can't act, we are trustees, agents under powers of attorney for financial and health care, executors and personal representatives. We assist attorneys in the preparation of living wills, powers of attorney, wills and trusts.

When you have an unexpected trip to the ER, we are there for you. We will help you create a Patient Medical History form in advance. It will save valuable time and provide the medical staff with the information they need to treat you. We will stay with you to coordinate with the hospital's doctors and nurses and make sure they follow through. When you go to the doctor we'll accompany you and take notes.

We'll ensure that your questions are answered, and that the doctor's instructions are understood. We also send meeting notes to out-of-town family members of your choice. When you are considering a move to independent or assisted living we'll help you make choices that make sense for you.
