CONNER & ASSOCIATES is a civil litigation and business law firm that handles a variety of matters from their inception through trial. In addition to C&A's litigation practice, the firm's principal, Bren C. Conner, also handles the formation and incorporation of businesses on behalf of the firm's clients, and provides counseling with respect to various compliance issues and governmental regulations.
Bren is a lifelong resident of the South Bay with 32 years of civil litigation and trial experience, in both federal and state courts. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, and is an active member of the South Bay Bar Association. Mr. Conner also has been admitted pro hac vice and litigated cases from Arizona, Arkansas, New Mexico, Texas and Florida.
Mr. Conner graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley, with an A.B. degree in Political Economies of Industrial Societies in 1984, and earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, in 1988.

Our lawyers and paralegals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case.
We count in ten minute increments and round down when in-between them.
Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a case.
We only work for as long as a case requires, so you'll never be overbilled for unproductive time.
Rates fall between $350 and $500 per hour.
Retainers must be paid upfront.
